Description:

Express World Wide Web Browser (EWWWB) is an application for viewing html documents. It can view documents offline and serve as an e-reader, but may also load documents online with your choice of wininet or wget.

Page rendering is text based and the interface is a traditional Windows GUI. While the page is rendered as text, nested unordered lists are fully rendered. There's also some support for simple description lists.

EWWWB has a custom built HTML parser. It is one of the smallest in the world, resulting in a tiny executable size. While it cannot handle all the new sites, it is great for viewing notes taken in a tree format using deeply nested unordered lists.
